Надеюсь вы обратили внимание, что:
👉 is в сокращеной форме звучит как /z/ или /s/

He’s — /hiːz/
She’s — /ʃiːz/
It’s — /ɪts/

👉 are в сокращении обычно звучит очень слабо — как звук /ə/ (schwa sound) перед согласными звуками:

We’re /wɪə/ students
You’re /jə/ my friend
They’re /ðeə/ tired

👉 Однако, если следующее слово начинается с гласного звука, после /ə/ мы услышим небольшой призвук /r/

We’re /wɪər/ at home
You’re /jər/ in London
They’re /ðeər/ at school

Это нужно для удобства произношения, чтобы речь шла потоком, без пауз.

В словаре можно увидеть часто, что (r) стоит в скобках, или показан очень маленьким шрифтом над строкой, это значит, что он может присутствовать перед гласными и отсутствовать перед согласными.

Если не обратили на это внимание, то послушайте запись еще раз и постарайтесь точно повторить за диктором, это очень важно!

I’m — /aɪm/

She’s — /ʃiːz/ /ʃiz/
It’s — /ɪts/

Придерживайтесь именно такого произношения сокращенных форм.

Возможно уже при первом взгляде на таблицу вы заметили, что в отрицательных предложениях у нас есть 2 варианта, как сократить глагол ВЕ:

Первый способ: берем сокращенную утвердительную форму и добавляем к ней not

Второй способ сделать отрицание — это слить вместе глагол ВЕ и not
тогда мы получим:

He is not → He isn't
They are not → They aren’t

Произносить мы будем так:

🇬🇧 🇺🇸 одинаково /ˈɪz.ənt/
🇬🇧 /ɑːnt/ без r
🇺🇸 /ɑːrnt/ с r
но будьте внимательны, чтобы у вас не звучало как АРЕНТ

С am этот способ не работает!!!
